Comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for ADHD and autism with a special focus on adults, women, and those who've spent a lifetime masking.
In-depth evaluation including clinical interview, standardized testing, and a thorough written report with personalized recommendations.
Dr. Bell specializes in high-masking presentations and understands how ADHD and autism often go unrecognized in women and adults.
Many people, especially women and adults, have been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or simply never evaluated. That changes here.
ADHD and autism present differently in women and are chronically underdiagnosed. We understand the unique ways these conditions appear in female-identifying individuals.
If you've spent years appearing "fine" while struggling internally, your challenges are real. We're skilled at seeing through the mask to provide an accurate picture.
It's never too late for an evaluation. Many adults come to us after years of confusion, burnout, or wondering why life feels harder than it seems to for others.
From children through older adults, we provide thorough, age-appropriate assessments with compassionate care at every stage of life.
Every evaluation is individualized, thorough, and designed to give you and the people who support you a clear, actionable picture.
A multi-method evaluation covering attention, executive function, memory, and processing speed. Includes standardized tests, rating scales, clinical interview, and a detailed written report with diagnosis and recommendations.
A gold-standard evaluation using validated diagnostic tools and clinical observation. Sensitive to late-diagnosed presentations, atypical profiles, and women and adults who have learned to camouflage their traits.
ADHD and autism frequently co-occur. A combined assessment disentangles these overlapping presentations and provides a comprehensive diagnostic picture.
A comprehensive evaluation of cognitive abilities, academic achievement, and learning processes. Designed to identify learning disabilities such as dyslexia and dyscalculia, processing difficulties, and to inform individualized education plans and 504 accommodations.
Targeted assessment and documentation for students seeking accommodations on the ACT, LSAT, MCAT, and other high-stakes standardized exams. Dr. Bell provides evaluations that meet the specific evidentiary requirements of each testing body.
All evaluations include a thorough feedback session where Dr. Bell walks through findings, answers questions, and provides individualized strategies, referrals, and written documentation for accommodations.
If you need documentation for school, university, or workplace accommodations, Dr. Bell provides detailed letters and reports that meet institutional requirements.
Already have a prior evaluation you're unsure about? Dr. Bell offers records reviews and second-opinion consultations to help you navigate complex or unclear diagnostic histories.
Dr. Bell is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience conducting neuropsychological assessments across the lifespan. She specializes in evaluating adults and women who have often been overlooked by conventional diagnostic approaches.
Her practice is built on the understanding that ADHD and autism present differently across genders, and that many of her clients arrive having spent years being told they're "too smart," "too sensitive," or "just anxious." She knows how to look deeper.
Dr. Bell takes a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed approach meaning your evaluation is never about what's "wrong" with you, but about understanding how your brain works and helping you build a life that works with it.
"Answers don't change who you are. They change how you understand yourself."

Still not sure if an assessment is right for you? These might help.
Absolutely. ADHD and autism are lifelong neurological differences, not conditions that only apply to children. Many adults go undiagnosed for decades, particularly women and those who learned to compensate or mask their challenges.
High performance does not rule out ADHD or autism. Many intelligent and capable people are undiagnosed precisely because they've developed sophisticated coping strategies. The internal experience still matters and Dr. Bell is trained to see it.
The full assessment process typically spans 3 to 4 weeks, including an intake call, the evaluation sessions (usually 1 to 2 appointments), report writing, and a feedback session. Some timelines vary based on complexity.
Yes. While Dr. Bell's specialty is adults and high-masking presentations, the practice assesses individuals across all ages. Please reach out to discuss whether our approach is the right fit for younger clients.
You'll receive a comprehensive written report with test results, clinical impressions, a diagnosis (if applicable), and individualized recommendations for treatment, accommodations, and support. Dr. Bell also reviews this with you in a dedicated feedback session.
Yes. A formal diagnosis from a licensed psychologist is typically required to access workplace and academic accommodations such as extended time, quiet testing environments, flexible scheduling, and more. Dr. Bell's reports are written to meet institutional standards.
No, a formal diagnosis is not required to see a psychiatrist. However, having a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation before your first psychiatric appointment can be enormously helpful. A thorough assessment gives your psychiatrist a detailed, evidence-based picture of your cognitive profile, ruling out conditions that may mimic one another and clarifying whether symptoms are consistent with ADHD, autism, or another presentation. This can lead to more accurate treatment planning, better-informed medication decisions, and a much smoother experience overall. Many clients find that arriving with a clear diagnostic report significantly shortens the path to the right care.
The experiences of our clients speak to what a diagnosis and the right support can truly mean.
Dr. Bell saved me with her help and diagnosis. She took the time to listen, offer feedback, and helped me with other personal situations. She is a game changer. I would recommend her to anyone who grew up feeling the way I did.
Dr. Bell is absolutely amazing! Others dismissed my son's neurodivergent symptoms, but she took the time to truly listen and was very thorough which led to his proper diagnosis. She is able to connect with my son and provides a safe space for him which allows him to improve. My son is now getting the services he needs all thanks to Dr. Bell!
I can't thank Dr. Bell enough for being so kind and helpful. It can be so hard finding someone that's really compatible, but I look forward to every time that I see her.
